RETURNING the GRAB N’ GO®

 

If you are not satisfied with the GRAB N’ GO® system, you may return it provided that the following criteria are met:

  • Return it within 30 days of delivery date
  • The GRAB N’ GO® must be unused and in its original package
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs to return it to us at:

After we receive the GRAB N’ GO®, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. Depending on your card issuer’s policies and billing periods, you should see the credit on your credit card account within 15 days.

 

REPLACEMENT for the GRAB N’ GO®

 

If the GRAB N’ GO® that you ordered arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via e-mail or by phone to tell us about the damage and we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
